From Concept Through Production

Marketing Minute

Marketing in an economy that is constantly changing is a challenge for everyone. To help deal with this challenge I have used many of the philosophies presented in Seth Godin’s Purple Cow. In a nutshell, Godin states that marketers no longer have the power to command the attention of anyone they choose, whenever they choose; that consumers have more power, and marketers must show more respect. Godin asserts that the only way to spread the word about an idea is for that idea to earn the buzz by being remarkable. He calls a remarkable product or service a purple cow. After all you would take notice of a purple cow.

I am constantly looking for ways to be more PURPLE in my marketing. It has worked for my company and I would love to show you how it will work for yours.

As a way of getting started, I am pleased to offer 10 Tips for improving your marketing results:
